Ingredients
for 4 persons:
300g of spaghetti..
or penne… maccheroni.. farfalle;
80g of fresh beacon of pork;
250g of liquid cream for kitchen;
2 eggs;
20g of fresh pecorino cheese;
10g of butter;
salt and pepper.
Preparation:
Take a good pot and start to make the water
boiling.
For the pasta, you can use spaghetti,
penne, maccheroni or you prefers farfalle..
following your tastes.
Salt it as you prefer.
While
the water starts to boil, take a cup where with a fork shake the cream,
cheese and yolks.
Meanwhile in a flat antiadherent pot, roast at medium fire, the butter
and pork bacon, we sugggest the small cube one... keep it ready for the
great final!
Check now the spaghetti
cook, as soon as prompt following your taste, drain, drop into the pot
with the bacon and the cream mixed with yolks and cheese.
Now you can heat the pasta with flavouring for about 30 seconds so to
join all the ingredients.
Suggest:
Add a nip of salt and some black pepper.
Grate
the pecorino as you prefer.
