How
to prepare a tasteful pasta and tuna plate with few ingredients:
Ingredients
for 4 persons:
360
g. penne
or you prefers;
250 g. under-oil tuna;
120 g. of peas, fresh garlic, and washed parsley;
a good extravirgin
olive-oil;
a good white
wine dry;
salt, pepper.
Time of preparation: 15minutes.
Preparation:
Take
a pot and boil water. During the cooking time you can mince a fresh
garlic clove, remember to clean it well.
Now
take a medium-sized pot ant adherent, pour two extra virgin oil spoons
and start to fry softly the garlic at moderate fire, you will avoid to
burn the oil.
As soon as it starts to fry, pour the tuna (remember to filter it from
box oil). As soon as the smell starts to be strong, mix it using a wood
spoon if you prefer, all the tuna pieces, now you can also put inside an
half of glass of white wine.
Smash
the parsley with a knife and take it apart for the great final.
Following the cook, pour the peas, add a nip of salt and left boil
everything while the pasta is cooking.
Finally,
now that everything is ready, dray the pasta
at
least two minutes before the final cook that may as you prefer, we
suggest you to drain inside the pot where you will have prepared the
seasoning sauce ed hot it for about one minute, this will allow to pasta
to be more tasteful.
Suggest:
add pepper as you prefer and serve it immediately, at this point
you can also add the minced parsley.
